jut the column sales center with mot select and vwi
café
this project is a building renovation project
located at the corner of taiwan avenue and park lane in taichung city. it is a building with three floors above the ground
and one floor underground. the total floor area for commercial use is 1319
square meters. the first floor has mot select and vwi by
chadwang cafe, while the reception
center of jut land development will occupy the
second floor. on the
third floor, the roof garden, which has a view of the construction base of the
project, overlooks the
street corners and green spaces of
the city. this work shows the close relationship between the wall, central
axis, and space.
